We have an opening for a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner that understands the true meaning of customer service and client care to work out of our head office at the John Roberts Centre in addition to one of our satellite locations. Technical expertise is only part of the skill set required. We pride ourselves on providing an environment where professionalism is paramount and caring at our core.
- Registered with the College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta (CHAPA)
- Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences
- Knowledge of and experience working with a wide variety of hearing aids.
- Knowledge of and experience working with a variety of testing equipment
- Proven ability to program all types of hearing instruments
- Strong analytical skills
- Conducting hearing tests and providing assistance with hearing aid selection based on each individual's needs
- Maintaining impeccable records and appointment notes
- Provide individualized care that is professional, compassionate and empathetic
