Product Support and Education Specialist

Siemens Hearing Instruments is seeking an audiologist or hearing instrument specialist to expand technical support for our customers in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
The successful candidate will partner with the territory managers in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan to provide complete product and software support to Siemens Hearing Instruments customers. The Product and Education Specialist will collaborate with the Territory Managers to identify individual training needs and territory training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide one-on-one hands-on product and software training in customers’ offices
· Provide clinical support to the Territory Manager at customers’ open houses and events, including hearing aid demonstrations with end users
· Provide technical and product support over the telephone to external and internal customers
· Present at local seminars and industry trade shows on new and existing hearing aids and software
Additional Duties
· Assist with the development of training courses for products and software
· Participate in internal customer training initiatives
· Assist in editing and proof-reading marketing materials
Educational Requirements
· Masters Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist Diploma
Experience
· Minimum of two years experience dispensing hearing instruments
Skills: Strong presentation skills, Excellent communication skills, Ability to function within a team environment, Excellent hearing instrument and software problem solving and troubleshooting skills, Eligible for certification or registration with professional association/college
